Aaron Glade Recipient of Leadership Award from Habitat for Humanity

Aaron Glade received the May 2014 Outstanding Leadership Award from Habitat for Humanity of South Central Minnesota. For many years Aaron has committed his time, talents, and expertise as a construction volunteer and affiliate board member, and has found it to be a fun and rewarding experience. He credits his father for motivating him to volunteer at Habitat. “My father was actively involved with Habitat throughout my childhood. As a high school student, working alongside my father at the construction site was inspiring.” Aaron’s proudest moment as a volunteer was the opening of Habitat’s ReStore. Aaron enjoys volunteering because of the opportunity to give hard-working families a safe, decent, and affordable place to call home. Habitat is continuously looking for construction and board volunteers.
